IHGrowth is a social listening platform that monitors public conversations on Reddit and X (Twitter) to help businesses find leads, engagement opportunities, and promotion moments. The Service includes:

  • Automated monitoring of public social media content
  • AI-powered classification and analysis
  • AI-generated response suggestions
  • Notification and alert systems
  • Analytics and reporting tools

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

4.2 Free Trial

6. Social Media Platform Compliance

When using the Service to engage on social media platforms, you must:

  • Comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and Content Policy
  • Comply with X (Twitter) Terms of Service and Rules
  • Not use automated tools for posting without platform authorization
  • Not engage in spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices

We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate AI-powered response suggestions. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
  • You are solely responsible for any content you post using our suggestions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IHGrowth and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IHGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IHGrowth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
